Hate to say it but the error with the install is back. Got an Acer A500 tablet running android 4.0.1 and it says it can't retrieve data from server for 6.4 release of gun disassembly

I'm getting an error as well when updating from the Play Store on a Nexus 7:
Update for "Gun Disassembly 2" could not be downloaded due to an error. (Error while retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-5:AEC-0])

The date on Google Play has updated to the 06-Jun-2013 but I still can't update the app.
Is it possible that something strange has gone on with which regions users have to be in to access the updated file (I' in the UK) ?
